BOPP-films

BOPP films are Biaaxially Oriented Polypropylene Films.

In recent decades, this type of packaging products leads the tops. Almost everything is packed in BOPP films, primarily food. The characteristics of these films make them universal for these purposes: they do not let water vapor through, they are inert to most physical and chemical influences, and they retain performance over a wide temperature range.

BOPP films are produced by melt extrusion of polypropylene in a viscous state through a long and narrow (slit) die.
