Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)

Polyethylene terephthalate is an odorless white solid, one of the most popular thermoplastic polyesters. Durable, tough, lightweight, and most importantly, non-toxic material. PET is widely used in the production of films, textile fibers and packaging industries.

It is also known as "PET" or "Lavsan". It is a complex thermoplastic polyester of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol.
