When energy carriers from commodity items of groups 2709, 2710, 2711 of the HS FEA of the EAEU (crude oil and oil products, gas condensate, natural gas) are transported through the systems of main oil pipelines, oil product pipelines and gas pipelines, they are controlled using metering devices installed in technologically determined places.
