Wheat
Wheat (GOST R9353-2016). The leading cereal crop, rich in microelements, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, which is grown all over the planet. There are two varieties of wheat - winter and spring, which differ in the sowing seasons (autumn and early spring, respectively). The main area of application is the production of bakery products, cereals and alcohol. In addition, wheat is a valuable fodder crop.
