Login is the phone number or email address you used to register your account. If you do not remember it, leave a request for a call back - we will contact you and help. Or call the hotline: +7(495) 740-30-39.
If you don't remember your password: on the main page, click Login → I don't remember my login or password. In the window that appears, enter the phone number to which you registered the account. We will send you an SMS with a password reset code.
There are two ways: Diadoc service or use paper procedure:
1. Service Diadoc. Go to the site diadoc.ru → Login → By certificate → section Counterparties → accept the invitation from LLC "AUTOMATIC REFUND" (TIN 7707420309).
2. Paper procedure. Call +7(495)740-30-39 or leave a request for a call back.
