Rye
Rye (GOST 16990-2017) sowing or cultivated is an annual or two-year-old cereal, cultivated in the winter or spring way. A widespread culture of high food, agricultural and fodder purposes, uniting about 40 varieties.
In the grain of rye, as well as in wheat, there are standard carbohydrates, proteins and dietary fiber. But there is also a set of vitamins of the PP, E, B groups, which are not found in wheat. Therefore, rye bread is a healthy dietary product.
Kvass, food products are made from rye, rye is widely used in medicine. Rye products, decoctions and preparations based on rye are the therapy for many diseases.
